Technical requirements

To proceed any application to BASE electronic headquarters the following technical requirements should be installed in your computer:

Ensure that you pop-up blocker is disabled.

Digital certificate

Any certificate valid and accepted by the VALid service. You can validate your certificate at the address http://validador.catcert.cat/psiswebclient/verify/certificate/verifycertreq.jsp

How to get the digital certificate?

The Certification Authorities that issue some certificates accepted for BASE-online procedures are as follows:
